Telecom industry
The telecommunication industry is undergoing massive changes. CSP’s are looking for convergent and loosely coupled solutions for their BSS/OSS/NSS sub streams. Digital Transformations from legacy to new solutions are driving CSP to connect with third party vendors like content providers, media etc to sell their products to increase the customer base and RoI. Time-To-Market is very critical factor to CSP to roll out their products and to stay ahead in competition. With correct implementation of DevOps, with REST API, the CSP can reduce the TTM of their products.
Business Support Systems
Business Support Systems [BSS] are the components that CSP’s uses to run it business operations towards customer facing.
